Whether you're a first time runner/walker or a seasoned veteran, Harey Tortuga Fitness is for you.  Everyone will fit into one of four groups:

The Hareys

Run regularly (three or more days/week) over the past six months with a long run of at least six miles in the past month.

The Harey Tortugas

Running at least 10 miles/week or performing aerobic exercise at least 2-3 times/week for the past six months.

The Tortugas

Currently running less than 10 miles/ week with minimal aerobic exercise in the past six months. 

HT Walkers

The Hareys

Walk regularly (3 or more days/week) over the past six months with a long walk of at least six miles in the past month.

The Tortugas

Currently walking less than 8 miles/week with minimal aerobic exercise in the past six months.

Workout Times

  • Wednesday nights at 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday mornings at 7:30 a.m.

First workout is Sunday, July 15th in front of the Sacramento Train Museum in Old Sacramento.
